custom cabinets
 + -1 moreI FIND THE PREVIOUS GOOD RATINGS HARD TO BELIEVE.
Description of Work: HAD KITCHEN CABINETS REFACED WITH WOOD VENEER, AND NEW WOOD DOORS. SOME VENEER PIECED WITH VERY POOR FIT. FILLINS SLOPPY. ROUTING AROUND DOORS AND DRAWERS GOUGED FRAMES. ONE PIECE OF BASEBOARD DOES NOT FIT FLAT. DID NOT BRING ALL THEIR SUPPLIES: USED MY PAINT BRUSHES FOR FINISH (WITHOUT ASKING) AND ONE WAS ACTUALLY A PASTRY BRUSH-I FOUND ONE IN THE TRASH, ONE PUT AWAY WITH POLYURETHANE, AND ONE I COULD NOT FIND. SAW THEM USE MY KITCHEN TOWEL AS A RAG. USED MY PAPERTOWELS,STEPSTOOL, AND BROOM. POLYURETHANE COAT NOT SMOOTH. ONE DOOR HAS NAIL HOLES. THEY CAME BACK ONE DAY TO DO REWORK, AND SAID THIS WAS THE BEST THEY COULD DO. CONTRACT SAID TO BE DONE BY 03/22/04, DID NOT START UNTIL 3/26. THIS WAS MY FIRST USE OF ANGIES LIST, AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

 + -1 moreOWNER? MADE A 5 TO 5:30 APPT. WAS CLOSE BY AT 2:30 AND WAS UPSET WE WERE NOT HOME. WENT TO BRANDON (1HR AWAY) AND WHEN WE CALLED HIM AT 4 PM HE SAID HE WOULD TRY TO BE AT OUR PLACE BEFORE 9 PM. CANCELLED HIM WHEN I FOUND OUT HE HAD AN UNSATISFACTORY RATING WITH THE BBB.
Description of Work: WANTED PRICE ON KITCHEN CABINET REFACING. UNABLE TO KEEP APPT. TIME AND FIND THEY HAVE AN UNSATISFACTORY RATING WITH THE BBB.
