The price for this entire job was unbeatable and LIJ Renovations gets high marks from me for the quality of the finished work. Lee and his crew arrived on time every day and finished the project days ahead of schedule. I was most pleased that they only work on 1 job at a time so days don't go by when nothing is being done. Lee, the project manager, was very accommodating with answering my questions and offering suggestions when I was undecided about tile styles, color, backsplash design, etc. This old home presented many challenges, including an unknown 2 extra layers of tile in addition to the 2 layers I knew were there and a raised 6 inch wide strip of concrete from a pipe repair that stretched diagonally across the length of the dining room floor, all masterfully removed and smoothed before strategically laying the porcelain tile planks. All demolition was done in 1 day and cleaned up prior to the crew leaving. When this old house presented a challenge, Lee would explain what my options were, provide reasons pro and con for each and ask me what I wanted him to do. When they finished powerwashing the exterior of my home, my yard was so thoroughly raked that it was cleaner than it was before they started. If you need ANY renovation or repairs done, I strongly recommend using LIJ Renovations. I have a few more projects that I will be hiring them for.
