+ -1 moreOnce the son took over the business I could sense the decrease of professional service provided in a timely manner. POOR.
Description of Work: The first quarter they missed mowing, and I had to deal with an unsightly yard over a few weekends; sometimes having to reschedule activities. Finally they mowed down a plant, and were going to refund my payment for my inconvenience after the 3rd time, but they didn't. They sold my account. They were not friendly when I called, and kept telling me what they couldn't do.
