My son was there to meet your worker for the initial assessment.He saw are make shift patch job and took the time to place a temporary patch on the roof.We we're both impressed by his actions.We had 2 other roofing company s that did not even consider this. They ga be me the lowest estimate, finished on time and the office treated me very good. Communicated with me about their progress.

Good old fashion business which makes life easy and helpful with any questions. No hidden extras added to the bill. Not able to comment on quality of workmanship as we are 5,000 miles away, and not an expert on judging quality of workmanship. Neighbours say the replacement roof looks good and what's more..........it keeps the rain out!

Impressed how hard Ken worked in the hot humid weather. Did everything by himself & completed in one day & did everything that was requested in contract.

Quality work & fair pricing.

They did very good work, and we are quite happy with it. We were a little disappointed in the poor cleanup as well as the fact that to use a credit card, there was a 4% additional fee, which would have amounted to about $450, so we had to write a check - I wish I would have known this upfront; I probably would have gone with another company if I had. The additional fees for supplies put the job significantly over ($2000) what we expected to pay, although I am glad it was done. I also never got the before and after pics to demonstrate the level of disrepair and then the new roof. Our pool has also now been clogged as a result of all the materials being carelessly dropped thrown into it. Again, a job well done, but some bumps along the way.

Great job and very professional

I mainly chose JAT for price and shingle brand/color. This was my first new roof project and I was nervous. It seemed a good start with an estimate and permitting. The roof was a little messy with tape/tar in places and nails in gutter end caps. I tried to send pictures of my concerns. Gary could not make it out but had his crew back to do the final cleanup. Hugo offered to replace some tarred shingles with ridge cap shingles which do not look the same as the body. I said never mind to that. Permitting said a screen was left on the dryer vent which was resolved the next business day. Overall the roof looks fine from afar and neighbors all like it. But I am not satisfied with the attention to detail on the finished product.

It was a pleasure to work with them. Giana was thorough, polite, courteous and professional. She made it all a seamless, comfortable process. Gary was great as well, very professional and courteous. Everything was done by the book and quickly and efficiently. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

It's easy to give someone high ratings when everything goes well. It's more difficult when things go wrong. There was an unforeseen issue that arose (a nail punctured an A/C Freon line). It was through no fault of the installers (was not visible to them at all) but JAT sent out an A/C repair company the same day and the issue was taken care of promptly. That's when you know it's a good company, when something goes wrong and they take care of it right away!

They showed up at the date agreed to and cleaned up the yard waste, nails and shingle left overs, promptly.

We recently completed our re shingling project with JAT Roofing. They were professional, hard working, took the time to answer my questions and made sure that 1 item I identifed after the job was done was taken care of the very next day. Gianna was responsive and professional in the administration of the project, Hugo did a great job on site with the work. I priced out the cost to reroof my house with 5 different companies in the area. They were the least expensive by over $2400.00 (about 20 percent of the final cost). I am grateful that a friend recommended them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality, fair priced roofing in the area.

Long delay between hiring and start of the project. Some communication problems with the staff. Great work quality.
