I can’t recommend Suntino and his air conditioning repair company enough! I called on a Sunday evening in the middle of August with no cold air, and Suntino answered promptly. He walked me through multiple diagnostic steps over the phone, genuinely trying to help us avoid a service charge. Suntino didn’t leave us hanging; he made reliable recommendations to ensure we were well taken care of. His honesty and commitment to customer service were remarkable.

Giving this company an exceptional review! Woke up to my ceiling caving in. I called ICS and the owner came out right away. He tracked down the AC trouble and fixed it on the spot. He explained everything along the way. This is the second time I have had ICS out to fix other companies' errors. ICS has high standards and shows in the quality of the finished work. I am now on their service maintenance program for my peace of mind. Thank you Suntino, I am grateful for your honest business.
