I had been using this company to clean my 1000 sq ft home in New Port Richey. The initial clean was not up to par but I kept them knowing that the don't do a thorough job. One lady did alright so i asked them to keep sending her. They don't move books on the shelves to dust... they don't do windows unless you ask... they don't sweep behind the couch... it costs more to have inside your oven or fridge cleaned. On this date, I asked them to send a team to a new home we purchased for a "move in" clean. It was horrible! Very little had been done. It's a large, empty home. No furniture as we hadn't moved in yet. They were asked to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. You would think this would be easy to do with no distractions like people, pets, or furniture to get in the way. When I came after work, the counters were still dusty, there were dead bugs laying around (no vacuuming obviously), and the ceiling fans were dirty. I called to complain and it took several days to get a response from Mark. He said they would send another crew to clean my EMPTY home. I had my 70 year old mother accompany them to point out the problems. I INSISTED they send the woman who was cleaning my smaller home. She came and tut-tutted her way through... the house was clean after that and I asked them not to come back as they are unreliable. A few weeks later I received a call from "Stephanie" their new sales manager. She said Mark left the company and would I try them again?! Mark was only part of the problem, the crews don't clean well, don't clean at all if you don't watch them, and they came late every time. Do not use this company.

Two women arrived (one on time) to clean my house in advance of a large family visit. One began at the back of the house where two bedrooms and one bath are located, and the other began at the other end where the master bedroom and bath are located. They met in the middle where the main living spaces are. They seemed to be d*** the work, but after they were done, I found that one of the women had not cleaned the second bath. There was soap scum on the shower floor, doors, and fixtures. In addition, the sinks and faucets were not clean, neither was the floor. Overall the house was not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was not cleaned and they only dusted what could be seen easily. And to top it all off, one of the women was very cold and dismissive from the moment she arrived. She obviously did not want to be doing her job. I called the manager and told him how poorly the work was done, and he refunded one-half of my payment. I will not use them again and will not recommend them.

I specifically asked for a non-smoker, but my house smelled like smoke. My neighbor said that the cleaning lady had been smoking in the driveway. Also, I felt like they were not doing a very thorough job. Eventually I decided to find a new company.

I had used this service for over a year. The cleaning was ok, nothing great but ok. The biggest complaint I have was that cleaner was always in such a hurry and rammed vacuum cleaner into furniture, etc. One time cleaning solution was left in microwave and I had to replace the microwave. Last visit she broke the chandelier in cleaning so that I have no light in dining room. When I contacted them for service, I was given no courtesy. They told me a form would be mailed out. I had to have this fixed since I had no light in the dining room to even see to eat.. but they wanted 3 estimates and may allow repair or not. I could not wait. I paid to have it repaired.. and canceled the service.

I called last minute for a one time clean and they were able to get someone to me the very next morning at 8am - she was prompt and the price was fair for the amount of time she was to have been cleaning... or so I thought. From the minute she stepped in, however, she began complaining about her life and personal problems. She spent more time talking about her kids being in jail and their particular crimes than cleaning my home. I kept trying to direct her back to the job at hand which meant having to step out of every room she was in so she would not have anyone to talk to. Because of that I couldn't follow her around and verify she was doing what was supposed to be done. When she left she required me to fill out a comment card and instead of mailing it in I had to sign it right then and there. She also told me, without prompting, that I would have to pay her tip directly to her and not include it on the check. I then felt obligated and completely awkward about the whole thing. She handed me a completed checklist of everything that she did - all the boxes were already checked BEFORE she arrived and more than half of them weren't done or things that I didn't even have in my home. Polished hard wood floors!?!- we have carpet and tile and those were separate categories. I did not use them again, went with another service. Terrible experience, very unprofessional.

They were unprofessional. When I called about a problem I would get a list of personal problems from the office staff. There were cobwebs in the corners, they missed quite a bit of dusting, and didn't tuck the sheets on the bed, just laid them on top. I had two different people and when I called they offered to send out a third lady that was the personal favorite, but I was never offered any discount. They have a checklist and the last time the cleaner pressured me to fill out the comment card right in front on her instead of mailing it in because they were having a contest.
