We think you may have mixed your review with the wrong company. You did originally purchase a gutter deal from our A.L. store front on March 9th. Generally, once the deal is purchase we contact you within 2 days, usually sooner, in order to schedule a date and time to meet with our estimator to review and discuss your improvement needs (i.e. discuss priority areas, discuss material color, downspout placement, valley shields, etc.); You can see the necessity of meeting for a consultation prior to installing your job; by communicating and coordinating for a well organized installation. However, we are confused with your review since we never gained the opportunity to discuss available estimate times and/or dates. We initially contacted you via the A.L. message center on March 10th stating that we would be in contact with you over the phone, by the end of the day, to discuss your 'consultation before scheduling.' You responded quickly through the same message portal stating that we 'lied about the time frame' and you would now have to ask Angie's List for an immediate refund. You even asked that we call Angie's List directly to request the refund for you. We called you to discuss your request further, but once we explained that you (as the consumer) are the only individual able to request a refund - you hung up the phone. We attempted to call you back, yet were forced to leave a voice message stating our concern that our connection was interrupted, yet we never heard from you again. We would like to apologize if you thought that your seamless gutter purchase would result in us blindly arriving at your residence with seamless gutter in our choice of color. We prefer to meet with all our clients prior to any installation to ensure the proper materials, colors, placement, etc. is correct. We hope you understand this process better, now that had the opportunity to explain to you fully.
