Awesome work, my corner eave looks wonderful with all pieces fitting perfectly in pressure treated wood ready to paint. (Painting was not included which was listed) even with having to paint I received a great, great price. I will call this company again! : )

They were very fast, efficient, and the gutters are good quality. The service was very good. I have had a couple of decent rains and they did exactly what I was hoping the gutters would do. They called to let me know they were coming. They were very efficient and completed the work in a couple of hours. I was very happy with the work. They called back a couple of days ago to follow up to ensure everything was working fine.

After signing up for the 'Angie's list Deal' I promptly got a call to schedule the appointment. I received a call the day before the work was to be done as a reminder and again an hour before they arrived with their status. The men arrive promptly. They didn't block either the road or my driveway with their equipment. They did the work and cleaned up all scraps. I also requested a quote for other recommended exterior work since the house was over 30 years old. I received it via email shortly after broken down in such a way that I could do the different elements as separate projects. This list was also prioritized for me.

Overall this was a good experience. The workmen were on time they were very friendly but professional they kept working and we had very few problems the only problems were with their suppliers not with their people.The job was finished in a timely fashion and they did not tell us their would be a lot of hidden charges. I felt that they were very upfront with us about all the work they were going to perform. Having remodeled before we were prepared for all sorts of problems this was a very pleasant surprise

It went like clockwork. I had 2 men both days, one of which was the same. They were fantastic, polite, and clean. I will definitely have them back. I just have to do a few things and empty 2 more rooms and then I will schedule them again.

Well, personally, I don't feel like the manager is very professional. Quoted me to paint 5 doors, but charged me for 6 doors. They knew they had an understanding of what was expected. They left the job without ever leaving a bill. They were intimitading because they came back after the job was completed and explained that they had left some tools behind. However, they never found what they were looking for and continued to sit in their vehicle in front of my house for another half an hour.
Friday March 1, 2013 Greg came to my home and remedied the situations that I was unhappy with after he had seen my Angie's List review. Greg was very nice, professional, and apologetic for the experience that I had had. Greg mentioned the review that I wrote and asked that I edit it once he had fixed the problems and in exchange he would take off the remaining balance on my bill - that I still have never seen even after asking for an itemized bill. I agreed and am happy with the work that has been performed and very appreciative of Greg and his promptness in addressing my needs and doing what he could to fix them.

"None of this happened at all. This customer bought the Angies List Big Deal from us and it was for 2 men for 7 hours. She thought it was for 2 men for 14 hours. Angies List called her personally and explained the scope of work after she realized she had to pay the additional labor. She even had a consultation with our owner and signed a contract for additional labor. We have all proof and have settled all problems."

They did an awesome job. They came out and did the estimate. I think they took 2 of the "Big Deal" and each covered 50 feet of gutters or something to that effect. We wanted to do the entire front of the house which we figured it would be be probably 2 of the big deals to be used. He came out and did the estimate a he ended up giving us $60 more that we paid for the 2 big deals but it seemed to be a good price, the good material that was required and they were out here probably about 3 or 4 days later after he worked up the initial estimate and they are supposed to be here about 1:00 or 2:00 so I was going to come home from work to be home for that and when I got home, they already have the half the gutters off, it was quick. They took them only one and a half hour to do the job. There were no problems and they did it perfectly, have some gutters on the side of our house and the matched to the color perfectly. It was beautiful job they did.

Gutters look great! The guys did a great job. Very professional.

I asked them to be very careful and to put drop clothes over the brand new hardwood floors which cost me approx. $15,000.
When I was told they were finished and returned to see the work I found white plaster and dust all over the floor of the room they working in. Worse it looked like someone had attempted to clean it and just smeared it in more.
I was furious, paid them and asked them to leave.

"This job was done in 2009- Not in 2011. We refunded this customers money back. My specialists put down a plastic cover over his floor. The customer walked in as my painters were in the middle of the project and got upset because he thought the material on the plastic would seep through onto the wood floors... Which cannot happen because the plastic is so thick and that is the purpose to protect floors. He immediately told us to leave. We NEVER got anything on his floors. So there was nothing to clean up. We refunded his money ."

I responded to an Angie's List Big Deal, promising up to 50 feet of gutters and downspouts for $350. Within hours of my purchase, I received a call to schedule someone to come out and discuss the installation. Then I scheduled the installation a few days later, and 2 installers came out and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. The work looks great! I will definitely use Home Res-Q again!

Home was flooded, they removed all drywall, dried home out, primed studs, poured concrete in subfloor, re-installed drywall and insulation, did knockdown on walls to match. Installed tile flooring

"We had to put it on schedule which was not immediately that day, however as soon as possible. The leak was fixed in a timely manner. We are sorry for the inconvienence. We usually never have leaks. That is why we provide 2 year warranty to ensure the owner that if anything occurs, we will fix it for free in a timely manner."

My wife fell through the attic floor and tore up the ceiling. They repaired the ceiling to where you can't even tell anything was wrong with it. They also repaired wires in my wall that I accidentally drilled in to. I was so impressed with him because after he finished the work on that wall, he repainted over it. I was very impressed with him.

Two workers arrived on time equiped with just two hammers to remove the plaster ceiling and wire mesh. After a few minutes with minimal results, I provided them with a wrecking bar and wonder bar which removed the ceiling in a short period of time. Then to remove the wire mesh going under the roof of the main roof, they decided to use a grinder, which they didn't have a wheel for. It took both of them 45 minutes to go to Home Depot ( 5 minutes away) and return. After trying the wheel and sparks flying into the attic, I gave them a pair of metal snipes, which removed the mesh quickly. Their ceiling guy came in, slapped up the drywall, and was ready to prime and texture the ceiling. I stopped him, called Jeff the owner and showed how uneven the ceiling was. It took him and his partner almost 2 hrs. to make the ceiling somewhat presentable. The walls are still wavy even after I insisted they redo the area where one slider was removed, which had a huge bulge in it.. Througout their time here, I needed to supply numerous tools which they should have had. Their professionalism and quality were severely lacking. I would not recommend them!

"This customer is a nice guy, However misguided. He brought us his tools that he thought we needed(Never asked for), watched over the shoulder, very unnerving. He used an 8' straight edge to check our drywall. Each truck or van of ours is fully equipped with all hand tools and electrical for a minimum of two workers. I showed him how uneven his old wall was and that on a fill in things would have to be floated out.The contract clearly was for labor only.We had unexpected issues which is normal for remodeling. There was never any recorded complaints from this customer at all; he was actually happy with us."
