Description of Work: We used this company before, so thought we would use them again. Joanne was supposed to come out on March 19th (yes, I'm late in sending this) but did not show. She left a garbled message on my voice mail. When I called her back, I got her voice mail. I left a message for her to call back because I did not get her message. I called twice, but no return call. She never showed up, either. However, it worked out. I called Floor It Flooring, they came out and showed us Hunter Douglas Vertiglides We had them installed in our kitchen, breakfast room and family room. Also had beautiful wooden shutters installed in the guest room upstairs. I guess Gotcha Covered did us a favor!

The installer arrived on time and was quick to follow up to make sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend this company!

+ -1 moreWe have Roman shades in our kitchen & breakfast room. They were put in by another company, and we are having nothing but problems. Joanne advised us to try to work out our problems because the shades look so beautiful in our home. I will recommend her to anyone who is thinking of new window treatments and wants my advice! Joanne was wonderful in helping us decide what we wanted and helped us through a dilemma. She also picked out the color for the blinds. Definitely use them. Joanne is a gem. Keep up the excellent work.

Description of Work: We had two blinds, one venetian and one pleated, and they were broken. They came out, looked at it and gave us a replacement blind at no charge. Then they took the pleated blind and looked for a repair service. At a later date we had a wedding coming up, so we had them order new pleated blind and they installed them.
