Did not install the product that was agreed upon. The glass surround that was installed is not level and it leaks. We spoke to the owner "Stan Zand" who performed the work/installation and asked him to remove their product and refund our money. During both phone conversations he was rude and ended hanging up the phone on us. As of now we are stuck with a shower enclosure not done per specifications and not usable due to the leaks.

There was a slight leak before the door was installed, and my husband knew it was the door. After Mr. Zand installed the new door he told us it was the tile or our "pan". We had a tile contractor come in and look at the shower. He determined there was nothing wrong with the tile or the pan. We went back to Stan and told him that. He came back four times and all he did was caulk each time. My husband put a shower curtain on and the leak went away which proves that it was something bad in the installation of the door. When we showed this to Stan he just took the curtain off, caulked some more and said there was nothing else he could do. He had verbally said that there was a lifetime guarantee and he said not to do anything before we called him and we didn't. We followed his instructions, we even tried to grout the tile. The top frame piece of the side panel on the door was crooked and I mentioned that after he installed it and he told me that my walls were crooked.
