The guy they sent was prompt and got right to work When the manifolds were done we spoke and he told me that the controller was bad and had to be replaced. I asked how much and he said around $200 and noted I was already up to $500 for the job. I told him that was NOT what I was quoted - I was quoted $390 (in line with work I had done in the past). He complained that "Tony", the man who gave me the quote, does that all the time and he would have to honor it. Then he told me I could go buy a controller cheaper and install it myself. I told him I wanted him to do it. When I got home and checked the work I had one leaking valve ready to blow and noted that NONE of the sprinkler heads had been repaired or adjusted. I got in touch with Tony who said that can happen and he got the guy back out within 2 days. Two weeks later I have another leak, Cheap materials and shoddy workmanship. Never again!

Bill was very responsive and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

The owner contracted me within minutes after I requested a callback. Anthony was very upfront about his pricing. Bill, the service technician, arrived ahead of schedule. He reviewed my situation and suggested a plan to relocate the five sprinkler valves. He took into account my relocation requirements. He then proceeded to work very hard to relocate the sprinklers in a very reasonable amount of time, Plus, he replaced several sprinkler heads. I was pleased with the overall performance of this company.

Outstanding service and price.

The first time they came to repair the sprinkler system, the repairman ran out of time and said he needed to come back. The owner then called 5 days later and said "where is my payment?" I had to explain that the serviceman was not done (the first serviceman had quit the company in the meantime). So they came out the next Tuesday and "repaired the system". Still didn't work, only about half of the stations were working. So on to round 3. In the end, they said they tested it and "it was fixed". Not so, 2 of the six stations do not work, and since it has been dry in Tampa, I have damage to my landscaping. Would NOT recommend these guys. One more note - the owner would sit in the van in my driveway and the other worker would do all the work.

Wasn't interested in coming to house to give estimate. Wanted to send a tech out to start work with no clue to how long it would take or how much cost. Not the way to do business in a county filled with fixed income seniors.

They were in and out in about 15-20 minutes and had my system working again. They completely repaired the line, and it's been working great ever since.
