Stephen saved me from a 30 year mistake. He is very informative and took the time to explain the details of what he found. We are very satisfied with the technical product and enthusiastically recommend "Mr. Easy"; nevertheless, the delivery reflected some operator idiosyncrasies which deserve mention. Mr. Cantelli is very directive -- this may intimidate the meek.He initiated his inspection at 9:00AM although the inspection was scheduled for 10AM.The premature commencement inconvenienced the resident family. Mr. Cantelli demonstrated an expansive knowledge of his craft. He shared explicit observations and recommendations during the inspection; some of his insights were not emphasized in the final report. ---mike
