Steve with Easy Home Inspections was fantastic. I had a very, very small window in which I could do the home inspection and he was able to accommodate me without any hassle. He showed up early, was very thorough in his work and I received the report back the next day as promised. He even saved me some money by not doing one of the tests that I originally scheduled because he saw that it simply wasn't necessary after doing the inspection. A definite A++++ rating. Thanks

He explained to me what he was going to do and answered my questions so that I understood. When meeting with him at the property the day of the inspection he was very thorough, did his evaluation and then explained everything to myself and my buyer agent, again answering any questions that I had.
