CSP Plumbing Services, Nature's Gas

CSP damaged my AC while installing plumbing for a gas water heater. They attempted to claim the damage was existing. When I showed them I had two separate inspections prior to their arrival showing no damage, they changed their story and said they weren't working near the AC damage. I then showed them photos making clear their plumbing work was directly next to the damage. CSP has refused to pay for repairs, continuing to disclaim responsibility for damage they have been shown was indisputably caused by their workers. CSP also left heavy, water filled flexible pipes laying across my duct work, constricting air flow, rather than support them properly. CSP did resolve an issue with the water filter caused by not flushing the line before turning the water back on.

Craig, the owner, spent a considerable amount of time at my home prior to the purchase of the unit from the gas company. Craig ensured I was a fully informed buyer. He explained how the tankless units work, as well as providing information about the different brands, sizes, quality comparisons of the different units and proper sizing for my home. The install went well. Installers Travis & Curtis were very professional and meticulous in both the removal of the old tank unit, as well as the install of the new tankless unit. The install was labor intensive, and the install cost was fair. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after the install.
