Description of Work: They charge some things by the weight, other things a flat fee I think. Sometimes they just let it go. Very efficient and very organized.

 + 0 moreThey were good. There was a place in the fence that my dog could get his head under and I called them and told them about it. They came right out and fixed it. I was pleased with them. I would use them again. In fact, I told them that there are other things that I need done and I would have them back. They did their best and their price was pretty reasonable. I told them that I did not want the fence itself made in China and I did find a tag on the gate that said made in China. So, I called them up and they said that the gate might have been but the fence itself was made in US and it was okay. I guess that the gate is alright. They were very good about being responsive. They do different things and I told them that I would probably be giving them a call. I just called different companies and I sort of liked them.
Description of Work: I had K&C Garage Doors And More put in a fence for my dog out back last Monday or Tuesday.

 + -1 moreHe cashed my check and never installed my garage door. They explained my file had been put into the completed file but I advised them it had not been completed. I have made several attempts to get my money back and have no heard back from him.

 + 0 moreMy yard looks like something out of Home and Garden magazine. This is the same company that completely renovated my home when I bought it. It was an extremely ambitious project. They also used flagstone and slate. There is a fire pit on top of the waterfall. It is just awesome.
Description of Work: They put in an outdoor patio, a pathway with pavers and a pond-less waterfall.

Description of Work: K&C Garage Doors And More - Fencing I used K&C Garage Doors And More, to install a galvanized chain link fence around my back yard. They are working on it right now, and cost about $4,000.

 + -1 moreMy Florida house is now the home of my dreams thanks to the skilled work of Carl Richardson and his team of professionals at K&C Garage Doors and More.
Description of Work: In April of 2010 I purchased a home in Hudson, Florida. The home was originally built in 1992 so I was in need of a contractor to do the remodeling. My Realtor, Dan O'Meara (who I highly recommend), recommended Carl Richardson, owner of K&C Garage Doors and More. Carl was an EXCELLENT choice! He and his team removed old carpet and tile and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors. They pressure washed the exterior and spot painted as needed. They replaced all my windows and sliders with energy efficient, dual pane, hurricane resistant windows and sliding glass doors. They upgraded my three bathrooms including beautiful granite countertops, new low flow toilets and new fixtures. They upgraded my kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and backslashes and new fixtures. They built an outdoor kitchen on my lanai. They replaced all my overhead light fixtures and fans. They replaced my cracked concrete driveway with beautiful brick pavers and enlarged it to provide more guest parking. They improved my landscaping and completely rehabbed my exterior lightscaping. They repainted the interior and the tile roof of the house. They also replaced my garage door with a heavy duty, hurricane resistant door. They helped me hang pictures and plants and decorative lighting and assembled furniture for me. They fixed my sprinkler system. And now they are building a pond with a waterfall in my backyard. Carl Richardson has been honest, prompt, thorough, and provided me not only great service but also wonderful advise. I give him the highest recommendation.
