Communication was excellent - a reschedule, confirmation of everything the day before arrival, quote, etc. Arrived right on time and handled what, appeared to me to be a complicated and involved ethernet wiring project, quickly and professionally. Unprofessional, installed NEW Video card without properly grounding himself to frame. Wanted additional work done, he said all usb connections in place, I wanted to label them. He said he had to travel 120 miles to next job and left
