CARPET ISLAND

The price was very competitive. It was very good. I checked several places. The service was a "A". There was an issue with a mirror that they broke. They fixed it, it took a while but they did fix it.

The owner came to the house and told us that the carpet in the dining living area was good quality and he could stretch it back to good form. That saved us over $1,000 and the carpet turned out great! They also put in new carpet to 3 bedrooms. The team was great - on time, totally professional, cleaned floors after old carpet came out and before the new was installed. Great company and service.

This must be the most honest company I have ever dealt with. Joe Sr. came out to give me an estimate for new carpet. He looked at my carpet and asked why I am replacing it. I told him because it is old. Joe said the carpet is in perfect condition and so was the padding. He said it is to good to replace it. I had 2 other companies out and they would have sold me new carpet.

I called Carpet Island to get an estimate on laying carpet that I was going to purchase elsewhere. Joe, the owner, told me they don't do that but told me he had lots to choose from. So i took a ride down there and was helped by Joe's son. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable. After looking at a few samples in my price range, he mentioned that he had a remnant from a job recently completed and it was exactly what i wanted. He gave me a good price (savings of over $200.00) and had his installers come out 2 days later. He worked around my hectic schedule and planned the job to be done when most convenient for me. They were prompt, pleasant, respectful of my home, and loved my dogs. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves when job completed. I will definately use them again when the need arises

They did a great job. The service was good. They were reliable and very helpful. They had a lot of integrity.

The carpet was a large remnant the company had, it was good quailty. The install job was done to perfection. One thing that bothers me is when installers won't or don't vacuum around the edges after pulling up the old carpet. I was ready to jump in with my vacuum and the installers said, "On no, we do that" and they did, very carefully. They also replaced a few pieces of the old wood that you take the carpet to, and were very thorough and professional. I love this company, it is family owned and you get personal service with good pricing, and an honest owner.

HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE NOW FOR CARPETING. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD, AND THE INSTALLATION LOOKS GREAT. BOTH TIMES I HAD HELP FROM JULIE, AND THE RESULTS WERE BETTER THAN I HAD HOPED FOR. I PLAN ON USING CARPET ISLAND AGAIN. THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
