When this company came out for a big project on some town homes that took forever and is still being worked on. They started to pressure wash the exterior last week I had a fridge explained to the guy I would move it. He said no he would work around it. When I realized he hit the outlet with pressure washer messed up the breaker I had already lost 175 dollars worth of food. If I didn’t tell the guy its one thing but I went to him before he started and asked. I got my breaker fixed but I was to get reimbursed for the food. The owners response was he was not responsible.... If this his the pride he takes in his work you may want to think twice for hiring them for a big project. The limited guys they had paint were nice but with 3 people it’s hard to get big job done. So if you have a deadline this may not be the company you choose either.

Did not follow through on quote. Met at Home Show and owner Shane Carlson, confirmed that he would come out the following Friday to look at scope of job and provide quote. Shane showed up on time. We discussed job and owner said that he would email the quote to me by the afternoon. I never heard back from him. The following Monday I received a home show follow-up call, from a lady at Carlson Construction, asking if they could set up an appt to quote the job That I had discussed with them at the show. I informed her that her boss, Shane had already come out last Friday and said he would email the quote last Friday and I was still waiting to hear from him. She apologized and said she would talk to Shane and they would get back to me. Two more days have passed and I still have not heard from this company.

Fair price and excellent customer service. Shane's guys showed up ten minutes early every day to be able to start right when they said they would. Shane emailed me every night with a status update on how it was going and what to expect for the following day. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend his services.

They were excellent overall and very professional. They were inexpensive and did a good job.
