 + -1 moreI called one day, they were there within two days. The work was done efficiently, the cost was agreed on before hand and overall a very good experience.
Description of Work: We have 4 dogs, two cats and a teenager. The carpets came as clean as new. Price was moderate and the service was excellent.

 + -1 moreFantastic! Mr. Cahill came earlier than his day typically begins as I expressed that I would be taking vacation time to get the project done. His starting early definitely saved me time. He vacuumed first then cleaned the carpets. The heaviest traffic areas were so much brighter afterward that even my husband said something when he came home after work. Mr. Cahill is polite, prompt and efficient! When I call to schedule, Mrs. Cahill is also polite and absolutely returns phone calls quickly! I definitely get more than my money's worth! This time of year is when I typically have the carpets cleaned, but it is a slower time period than some others so when I called to schedule I actually qualified for a discount based on this time period.
Description of Work: Clean carpet throughout the first floor: 4 bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room and corridors. Included stain protector application as well.

 + -1 moreBOB CAHILL IS ALWAYS VERY PUNCTUAL. HE COMES IN, SETS UP EQUIPMENT & SPOTS CARPET FIRST. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK & CLIENT CONTACT. HE DOES NOT TRY TO SELL YOU WHAT YOU DON'T WANT.
Description of Work: CLEANING OF CARPET PERFORMED ON 12/13/05 INCLUDED LIVING, DINING ROOMS & TRAFFIC PATH IN 1 BEDROOM. CLEANING WAS VERY SATISFACTORY - I HAVE USED BOB CAHILL TWICE BEFORE.
