+ -1 moreAbsolutely could not have asked for a better experience They arrived on time and remained congenial and pleasant throughout the entire three hour process. Over and over they explained what was going on any time I stepped outside to watch the process. While he was on my roof he looked across at a neighbor's roof he had done earlier in the day and decided he had to back and touch up a couple of spots he was not pleased with. Again, I can view my results via the internet. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: First, and most importantly my plants( because they'd been covered) look fabulous. I'm a registered butterfly sanctuary and my plants are my critters lives! They explained step by step what they would be doing. My plants were watered to protect from chemicals. Then watered again after chemicals had been applied. They took before and after photos....... which can be viewed on line. They did not pressure wash my shingles......... in my mind a big NO NO
