+ -1 moreI completely agree with comments of the previous person. I chose Blake Construction because they had built a building for some of my family members and they were pleased with it. Blake was also the only builder I found that offered a " turn key " package. It starts with their sales rep Mike. He came to my home, took some rough drawings I made, and we exchanged some design ideas. From there they took it to an engineer for the final design. Because they are good at what they do, they are a busy company. Expect a few months from beginning to completion. It's well worth the wait.
Description of Work: 30 x 50 center divided 15 foot high steel storage building.

+ -1 moreFANTASTIC 5 days start to finish minus the two weeks for the concrete to cure.
Description of Work: The company and their staff are impeccable. They do everything and more than what they promise. The crew were kind and VERY VERY CLEAN. When they left our job site all we had was a beautiful building. No other signs they were there. NO MESS to clean up after they were gone. Would recommend this company to anyone. The boss is there and working right with the crew. When do you see that on a job anymore. Never. But with this company yes. He really cares about his product and works hard to make it right. JOB WELL DONE BLAKE CONSTRUCTION.
