They brought pre-fabricated concrete pad for heat pump. the new air handler didn't fit where the old one was, requiring extra work to set up a new place for the new air handler, and an addition to the plenum to reach the new location. they stuck to the job until it was finished, at approximately 6:30 pm, going into overtime. The extended warrantee and details were emailed to us the next day. They also did the paperwork and the necessary inspections--city, and Duke Energy for a $350 rebate. When we called a month ago to ask about a new system, the man who answered the phone asked a few questions and gave us an accurate estimate over the phone. They were the only business we called where the phone answerer knew what we were talking about: the man asked the square footage of the house and immediately said we'd need a 3-ton heat pump, approximately $4,000/ The city inspector said that Bayonet always went above and beyond requirements: the pan underneath the air handler is bigger than required, and the plenum sections are calked (?) AND taped--the law requires the calk (?) OR grout. I highly recommend bayonet

I called to request a quote on the replacement of the blower wheel fan on my furnace and spoke with Ally. She obtained the necessary identification from the air handler and advised that she would check on the part pricing and availability and call me back with an estimate. A very reasonable time later Ally called me back and said the part was available and they could have it installed for $358 plus a service call charge of $75 for a total of $433. Their estimate was the highest of the three estimates that I received for the cost of replacing just the blower wheel fan. I opted to go with another contractor who quoted a price of $538 for replacing the entire contents of the blower motor housing to include the motor, which seemed like a good idea given the age of the system and the potential damage caused to the bearings due to the blower wheel turning out of balance over a period of time and eventually failing completely. I found the pricing to be reasonable, and their employees to be very empathetic and responsive. I would definitely give them a shot ay any future heating or AC needs.

They did was just exemplary. They were very kind and considerate, made sure they didn’t track anything in the house. They discovered that my ac had a part that was on recall and they replaced it free of charge. They were very eager to answer all my question and I did compare to other companies in the area and Bayonet had the best price.

Very expensive .but I hope it turns out for the best. The system is running very good and their installation must have very good. Still no problems as of this date.

He replayed the cartridge in the shower and still leaks

As usual, this Company was thorough, professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond. More importantly, about 2 years ago, I was out of state, and my brother, who was disabled, and living alone, had his A/C go out, in his mobile home. He needed the A/C in order to breath, including he had a service dog, and both of them had to get into the shower to cool down, because the weather outside was extremely hot, and his home was showing a temperature of 90 degrees. He called me and told me his problem, so I immediately called Bayonet Plumbing, explained the serious situation my brother was in, and they sent someone out there within an hour or so. They fixed the problem, and I was able to pay them over the phone with my credit card. They care about people, and their needs, and will never say, as some Companies have, in this location, that work needs to be done, when it doesn't. I have a dehumidifier attached to my air conditioning unit in my garage. The PVC pipe that catches all the moisture from the dehumidifier normally flows back into the wall behind my air conditioning unit in my garage. At that point the pipe goes downward into the concrete floor and under it to an opening outside along the side of the garage. Having been out of town for more than two months, when I returned, I found almost the entire garage floor covered in water with mold forming on the floor underneath the water. Florida had been having major rain storms throughout the month of June and July. Humidity, as most of you know was even higher than normal during this period. Mike, the technician, came out the same day I called. He had quite a time trying to find where the leak was coming from. He finally located it where the dehumidifier PVC pipe entered the wall behind the air conditioning unit. It had become completely unattached to the rest of the pipe that goes down the inside of the wall and water had been going down the outside of the pipe on to the floor and under the air conditioning unit where it flowed out on to the rest of the garage floor. He later found yet another leak where the PVC pipe was unattached and glued both sections back together. Mike did a fine job, but this was only the first step in cleaning up the mess. He recommended a water restoration company which I used. The technician from the water restoration company came out shortly after Mike had finished his job repairing the leaks. Did a super job, was here about 1/2 hour and I was charged for the service call only.

They are always there to help me when I need it. Last year, they came to my brother's rescue when his air conditioning went out and he was having trouble breathing. They went to his home immediately and fixed everything so quickly. They are kind people.

Leeroy is the ultimate 'grandpa'! He came out a few weeks before hand to price out the cost of a new water softener installation. He was very honest about my options, being that I am in a townhome, and gave me lots of choices and 'ways to go about it'. We decided on a date for the install and Leeroy was here promptly at the appointed time. Worked neatly and quietly. I appreciated the reminder call from the company about my appointment, the call to let me know the technician was about 20 minutes out, and a call to follow up that the work was completed and that I was happy. These were all HUMAN BEINGS on the call...no automation. Love love love!

During the fixing of the faucet they noticed the reverse osmosis was not working so they turned of the system. This turned of the water to the refrigerator. Once we found out we called them back and they came out and fixed the issue without charges.

They were timely with good prices. Their is a 5 year warranty on parts and labor.

They ran into extra problems in thei removal/reinstallation but stayed true to their quote. Also when we had a problem several weeks later they returned and fixed the problem at no cost.

Everything has been working normally since. They were great. They were out very quickly. It was a holiday weekend; the temperature was in the 90’s, so they came within three hours of my call. They came and took care of it the same day. The technician that came out to the house was very straightforward and did whatever he could to make sure that we didn’t have to spend any more money than what was necessary. He was very conservative. I would absolutely recommend them. We even got a service plan with them for future services. We were pleasantly surprised that the price wasn’t multiple thousands of dollars; the refrigerant was expensive.

They were used by my builder,so I called them when I had plumbling problems and agreed to have a contract with them.They have come twice to fix the water heater and to check and make the air conditioner better equipped.I think that they are honest and fair.

They came and gave an estimate. they were very informative. We decided to go with them and they came the next week and did the work. They had the county inspector come out and inspect everything. It was all correct and done.

On time, on budget, professional and polite staff, literally did everything for us including mailing in our rebate, doing an energy audit for a nice credit from our electric company, arranging for installation of additional insulation and making an appointment with the county for the final inspection. A quality control specialist stayed after the installers left to make sure everything worked properly, which it did. This job was completed in one day with the crew working hard for almost 12 hours until the job was complete. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of the job. The installers had all the proper equipment and the proper number of staff for the job. The gentleman who did the estimate was very thorough and explained in detail their products, options, costs and how their operation would work.....he was polite and informative. Best company I've worked with in a very long time!
