Christopher Tracey, Bayonet technician, is very professional, helpful, pleasant and on time. . . did a great job. We will want to ask for him when we have any future pluming issues.

Chris Tracey did a great job servicing my water heater today. We had a leak, Chris came over and found the problem within minutes. On a very warm day, Chris dug out our drain line and replaced the broken portion PVC pipe that was causing the problem. He arrived earlier than expected (called before-hand) and provided excellent customer service. Bayonet needs technicians like these, because I will continue to patronize this company if my service experiences match what Chris provided today.

Fantastic. This was an after hours call, and Chris had to travel over 1 hour to get to us. He had a 2 hour window of 8-10 am, but because it was Sunday, he made sure he left to reach our house at 8am so we did not have disruption to our day. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and gave us some handy tips. We can't thank Chris enough for his promptness and efficiency. Thanks Chris!!

Our AC was draining water on our garage floor for several days.We are MVP members at Bayonet Plumbing , AC, when I called this morning about my problem Robbie Jones the technician came the same day. He checked all the systems and did an out standing job. In fact we have been very pleased with all the technicians and plumbers. We will continue to use this company for all our AC and plumbing needs.

Dom and Jim were excellent. They cleaned, tuned and checked out the system for any issues. They brought an issue to our attention but were not assertive in their pushing us to get it done. They were just very informative. We will make the appointment to get this duct serviced in the near future. The guys were personable, very informative, did a great job AND they were very conscientious of our home. They put red plastic shoe covers on which was greatly appreciated. Service like this is always appreciated and respected.

Both techs arrived as scheduled and were professional from the arrival to completion of the service visit. They were both willing to explain to me the homeowner what they were doing and why and how I could do minor services and checkup on my equipment. My experience with this company has always been positive and I will continue to use them as my goto in the event of problems or annual checkups. I do recommend their service to my neighbors

He washed the coils on the unit flush the drain line checked pressures? The float switch and heat strips and treated the drain line with the cleaner. Also checked to make sure there were no electrical issues. And it didn't cost me a thing. I bought their MVP plan last year. It gives you a year of maintenance at a flat rate. The rate was very reasonable. There are a lot of fly-by-night guys in the HVAC business. Bayonet plumbing heating and air-conditioning is NOT one of them. They have always treated me fairly and honestly.

I received three quotes on this job in order to gauge cost. All providers were very professional and courteous an all are listed on Angie's list. At least one of the providers (cheapest) said he would not be able to repair the wall once he put the line in. I didn't want to have to call someone else to repair the damage as this added time and money to the cost. Another provider quote about 750$ for the job, running the drain line through another wall. Because of the extensive work, it increased pricing substantially. I went with Bayonet as they could accomplish all I was looking for at a mid-range cost. In comparison with all my neighbors' installs, the loop installed looks perfect. I could not have asked for nicer gentlemen (Lee Roy Delp & Matt) or those with better knowledge. As they were there, they also got a call for a place down the street from me to clear a drain line of which they seemed extremely knowledgeable. It should be noted they are also the plumbers and AC providers for the builder in my community. I would ask for Lee Roy & Matt any day for plumbing. It may not be cheap, but there are some things worth the extra dime- like a job done well and done right.

Lennox (air conditioner manufacturer) was sued in federal court by someone named Abbott, and Lennox lost the case. All "white coils" between certain dates of manufacture were to be replaced at the expense of Lennox. I have two Lexxox air conditioners for my house. I received a letter mid April 2015 stating that "You will be contacted by Lennox to set up the repairs." Well, I waited and waited. December 2015 my husband followed up with Bayonet, the Lennox dealer in our area, and it is the same company who installed our air conditioners in 2007. He was told that they would look into the situation and get back with him. More waiting. I called Bayonet early January 2016 and was told that since there is nothing wrong with our unit, there is no reason to replace the white coils. The problem is that the white coils are deteriorating rapidly! But the issue is that BY LAW they have to replace the white coils! I followed up with Lennox at the corporate level. APRIL 22, 2015, TWO WHITE COIL UNITS WERE SHIPPED FROM LENNOX TO BAYONET FOR OUR TWO AIR CONDITIONERS. I immediately called (Friday, January 15) Bayonet with the information that I now had and guess what? Today, Monday January 18, I have the two new white coil units installed on my air conditioners. Also, in a separate situation 3.5 years ago, I called Bayonet to check my water heater. I was told I needed a brand new water heater, which would cost $400. I got a second opinion. Turns out it just needed draining and flushed.

The techs were friendly and tried to be helpful. Gave updates when they were in the way.

A week later my carpet was soaking wet because they didn't install it correctly. Come to find out that this faulty installation caused water to soak through my Ac cabinet into my closet on the floor below as well as beneath the carpet on my stairs. An emergency dry out company had to come. After many many phone calls the problem was only barely dealt with, and my AC closet was left stained and cracked, my baseboards warped. Stay away from this company.

Best service since we've moved here from Michigan. Both units are still working and have Bayonet out every year for a clean and check up. They are a great company and highly recommend them.

I needed a new service provider to take care of my central heat and air system. I lost faith and trust in the company that originally installed it. I had been using them and their annual maintenance plan. The system is just over 7 years old. I read the reviews of customers who used Bayonet and saw that they were highly rated. I signed up for the annual MVP maintenance plan and scheduled the first visit. Before the visit, the system stopped cooling and the condenser stopped running. I called Bayonet around 4:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and requested emergency service. I had to leave a message and request a return call. About 5 minutes later, the service representative called, confirmed my name and location, and said a technician should be out to my house within 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. About 5 minutes later, the service technician, Tom R, called me and said he was on his way and he'd be at my house in about 30 minutes. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, Tom arrived. He was personable, professional, listened to my story about what was going on, then quickly got to work inside and outside to inspect the system and diagnose the problem. In the end, the condenser fan motor had been going bad - a result of, I firmly believe, the previous service provider's technician who was a moron and installed a replacement part that was the wrong type for the unit. Other than this, the system was fine. Tom and Allie at Bayonet ordered the part. My MVP plan saved me money on the cost of the part and installation, which I was very pleased with. Allie called me once the part was in to schedule the follow up visit. Bayonet worked with me and was flexible with scheduling options. Tom came and replaced the condenser fan motor, performed maintenance on the system, and got it ready for summer. It's running like it's new! As a first time customer, Bayonet made a great first impression! If I could give them an "A+," I would. Looking forward to the next visit of my MVP plan.

From sales person to installers as well as office staff, everyone was professional and courteous. Installers were punctual. Sales person was very informative, honest, and helpful. Office staff understood their company and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Bayonet.

I was pleased with them. They re planned the system.

I set up a service call on Tuesday for Friday between 8am-12pm. At 10am Friday morning, the office called and left a voice mail to say the plumber was running late, and he would most likely be there after 12pm. I then arranged for my husband to come home so I could go to work. At 2:35, the plumber called and left a voice mail. I was unable to check my message until 3:15 as I was at work. When I called the office back at 3:15, they had sent the plumber out to his next job and stated they were unable to provide the service and we would have to reschedule for a different day. Hence, we had no service performed and had waited around all day for a plumber who did not come when scheduled. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, as I had spoken with the plumber several times prior to setting up the service call.

Checked and showed me the results of all systems functions. Also found out why the heat recovery unit was not working, something no one else could do.

Company did a great job QUICKLY identifying the problem, getting the part in, and getting it replaced. Customer service was excellent. Only complaint: the technician caused significant damage to our drywall, presumably when carrying the part up the stairs. There are large gashes in the drywall up the stairs, that we unfortunately didn't see until after the technician left. Would have been nice if he had told us what happened.

They brought pre-fabricated concrete pad for heat pump. the new air handler didn't fit where the old one was, requiring extra work to set up a new place for the new air handler, and an addition to the plenum to reach the new location. they stuck to the job until it was finished, at approximately 6:30 pm, going into overtime. The extended warrantee and details were emailed to us the next day. They also did the paperwork and the necessary inspections--city, and Duke Energy for a $350 rebate. When we called a month ago to ask about a new system, the man who answered the phone asked a few questions and gave us an accurate estimate over the phone. They were the only business we called where the phone answerer knew what we were talking about: the man asked the square footage of the house and immediately said we'd need a 3-ton heat pump, approximately $4,000/ The city inspector said that Bayonet always went above and beyond requirements: the pan underneath the air handler is bigger than required, and the plenum sections are calked (?) AND taped--the law requires the calk (?) OR grout. I highly recommend bayonet
