I don't remember the cost. They come twice a year, I have a contract with them.

Todd Brown came to fix my unit. I was very impressed with how professional he was. I have used Bayonet in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Its employees like Todd that I will not use any other company other than Bayonet!!

I don't know about their costs because I didn't compare it to anything else. I do know that they come from a little distance. They came and they didn't have a fan motor so they put in a temporary one for me. Then when they got a fan motor, they're new, some of the parts were covered under the warranty of my air conditioning system, but the service and it was a lot of work. I was there when they were doing it and it was a lot of work. When they took out my old compressor, it's so sharp up there. I think it's called a compressor. It's up in the closet. Those coils they're just so sharp. He cut his hand on that but he was able to put the new one in. The cost was pretty expensive, but I don't know what costs are other places. The fan motor was a terrible amount of work. In addition to that I also got a thing where they are supposed to come out and check it. They sent me a card and I haven't called them to come check it again. Because you're supposed to get your units checked about twice a year. And I never had. The cost includes a contract for them to come inspect it twice a year for this year, and they did the temporary fan motor, the new fan motor and I doubt that they charged me anything for the work they did on the temporary. And then they did the unit upstairs. It took a long time to get the compressor upstairs but it wasn't their fault, it was the manufacturer. They have a special coating on them and the manufacturer was behind on getting them for the demand. As soon as they got it they notified me. On price I have no idea what to rate. I didn't compare costs. They were excellent on quality. On responsiveness it's hard to tell because of the problems getting the part. I called back and forth between people because they had different people at the warehouse. And then I'd have the warehouse notify the people that put it in that it was there. My daughter thinks I give too many A's to people. I'm not very fussy I think. They did good work and when they needed help the workers would run in and help the other as soon as they finished the other job. It was the fan motor that it was hard to pull out the old one so someone came and helped him. There were 2 people that came to complete the service. They were very nice. They cleaned up when they were done.

I have a contract with then, they come out 3 times a year. They came out under the warranty, I call for them, they?re very efficient, didn?t charge me nothing. They are really good. It would have been a $700 bill, but they covered it by their warranty. I pay $1,000 for 10 years. It?s a $100 a year. I didn?t pay anything, I paid in the beginning when I first brought the house, the cost for the warranty for 10 years. They came out when they said they would, prompt. Efficient. I'll keep them forever.

That was under my warranty too. I pay a certain fee once a year for maintenance of my air conditioning and plumbing. The other thing I pay, when I first brought the house was for warranty on the air conditioning unit itself. They installed it and I went with them. It paid for itself, I would say. They are really good. The kid is good, Renaldo is his name or something like that. He’s the plumbing guy. Not a problem, I’m telling you this company is good. I think the price is excellent, cause they charge me $160 for the year, but they do a lot to up keep. So, if you maintain your car, your car runs better. So, you maintain my home to prevent, can’t help all the stuff going wrong, but it helps prevent it.

They are usually there for about 2 hours. One person comes, leaves the area clean.

They have been pretty good. They were very responsive. We are actually due to get some maintenance from them pretty shortly. They are a good company. They happen to be a warranty service company. They were very helpful and they did a great job. They kind of went out of their way to get us back in service. The price was not like super cheap, but it was not unreasonable. It was a good price. It was not a gloried price.

They are great. We have a renewable contract with them every year and we save money because of it. We did buy a new product in addition to our air conditioner which is an ultraviolet light that kills moles and they installed that for us too and they installed a new thermostat that's remote controlled to our smart phones. They did a good job and they solved the problem. We have got membership so everything we got was at a discount. I'm totally satisfied.

We would use them again in the future.

Great! Zero issues and the technician (Chris) was on time and quickly replaced the part.

The air conditioner was under warranty but I paid for the labour. I was happy with their service.

The service technician Marcos Rivera was diligently committed to both finding the right diagnosis as well as educating his customer along the way. My particular AC issue was apparently an uncommon one and rather than make any assumptions, he called in the help of another service tech (his brother Mike Rivera) who stopped by to confirm what he believed to be the issue. The two presented me with options and at no point did I feel I was being mislead or taken advantage of, which was my greatest fear when deciding what AC company to go with. I'm glad I made the decision to go with Bayonet and will most definitely continue to utilize their services for both general scheduled maintenance as well as any future needed repair.

It was excellent! They went above and beyond! I'm a very happy camper! Every part of the instillation went fantastically. I've never been more pleased with a vendor than I have been with them!

Bayonet tech John Eurell came out and performed our annual a/c maintenance. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He gave my a/c system a thorough check-up, cleaned the whole system, inside and out, checked to make sure everything was running optimally and explained everything he was doing. He also took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a few tips on how I can keep the system running optimally until his next visit. There is a lot of competition in this area for a/c service and repair, but you can trust Bayonet, this is an A+ company.

We are very pleased with the total service from salesperson, office staff, install and follow up. . This company had the AC unit in stock where others needed to order. Went very well. The tech John Eurell showed up right on time and, once again, did his usual extraordinary job. He is the best...so thorough, takes the time to answer questions and provides tips on how things we can do to ensure an efficient running and trouble-free system. We had used another company for almost 10 years and there is no comparison to the service we receive from John and Bayonet.

Lee Roy is very professional and knowledgeable. Two previous plumbers said that I needed a water softener because I did not have any hot water pressure. Lee Roy replaced the nipples on the surface of the hot water tank. Guess what? It solved my problem. I now have full hot water pressure and Do Not need a water softener! He also replaced 2 aerators on my faucets which saved me from replacing the faucets. Thanks, Lee Roy! I will always request you for my plumbing needs.

They have been my go-to plumber and A/C company for years now. Replaced water heaters, fixed and maintained my central A/C units, fixed plumbing. Always professional, thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I trust them and their work. I would gladly recommend them!

Lee Roy checked it out and said that he would have to use the electronic "snake" to clean out the drain which would be $200 plus the $75 service charge. We were not happy it was so expensive but needed to have it fixed. Lee Roy commented about how far back the snake went to where the drain was clogged. Everything appeared to be working well. In about 3 weeks to the day we again had trouble with the garbage disposal. We were surprised because we had really been babying it to avoid any problems. Fortunately my husband's brother-in-law was able to quickly reset the garbage disposal and we were back in business. I was going to write a review at that time but did not. However, in less than 2 months since paying $275 and being assured the drain was clog free we are once again unable to use our sink or garbage disposal. I must once again try to find a plumber who will do the job they are paid to do. $275 may not seem like a lot of money to some people but we are on Social Security and on a tight budget. We expect to pay for professional services but we also expect the services to be professional.

I recently had Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning out to service my air conditioning unit. I was very impressed by their Service Technician, Mike Jenkins. He patiently listened as I explained the issues I was having with my unit. Mike took the time to answer my questions and explained to me in laymen's terms what he would do to rectify the problem. I found him to be most knowledgeable. In servicing my unit, Mike was efficient, diligent, and neat. He genuinely cares about doing a great job and it definitely shows. When I contact Bayonet for any future servicing of my air conditioning unit, I will specifically request Mike Jenkins. He is a great asset to Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our air conditioning went out, of course it was a Sunday in Florida in June, need I say more! We called Bayonet they came out almost immediately. Our technician was Roland Gimena, he was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, was prompt, fixed our air, didn't try and sell us a bag of goods. He had no idea we were contractors and home inspectors so it isn't like we don't have a clue. But did his job gave us a very fair price. It all happened so fast after the call that it was like it never happened at all. But for a couple of hours there it was rough. I can't say enough about the service, price and professionalism of this company. Kudo's Bayonet! Roland was great. Fixed our problem and we have been going strong ever since! We have a 14 year old system, it is not like he couldn't have told us it was done and tried to sell us a whole new system instead of just fixing what was wrong. We really appreciate the honesty of the employee and the company who employs him. We did call Bayonet out on one other occasion to give us a quote on re-plumbing our home. They were right on with their quote and even though we did not use them I would in the future. The quote we did end up using was a referral from a neighbor so the prices were almost identical we just knew someone that had worked with the other company before. We had quotes for thousands more than them a couple of companies really tried to rip us off . I trust them thoroughly now. In our business we are constantly asked who would we call for A/C or plumbing problems will be referring them to people in need and they are definitely on our list of approved vendors!
