Description of Work: Have a yearly contract. They come and check on my water heater and plumbing.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky toilet. Plumber was on time, courteous and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner, knowing I had to get back to work. The company accommodated my work schedule

Description of Work: New 2 Phase AC System, additional vent and installed a second return. The installation team worked well together and it was inspected by their quality control department. We were shown in detail how to use the new thermostat and told to call anytime with questions. They cleaned up after themselves and took all debris and boxes with them. The system installed is better than promised. They set up the county inspection as well. The cost was higher than expected but all problems we had with our old system have disappeared and we feel we got what we paid for. A job well done.

Description of Work: Purchased and installed a New Heat/AC System from Bayonet. They were very professional and prompt. I did all of this over the phone and by email since I live out of state, our 2 nd home in Fl had a problem with the AC that was not repairable for a reasonable amount. (the repair was quoted by another Company). They went in evaluated the problem, gave me a price on the type of System that I had a already chosen. They also examined the existing duct work and made sure that the Unit that was being purchased was the proper size for the property. They were excellent, I currently have a maintanence agreement with a company that I can reply onto take care of any issues that may arise when we are not there and have guests residing in the property.

Description of Work: Replaced the sink stopper in the master bath. Worker had to take out the drawers. I had taken out all the items under the sink. Worker replaced draws and cleaned up. Completed job well and in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Water leak inside a wall which plumber could not detect where without tearing out the walls, he called the company who could help us.. Plumber very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Within the hour the company that had the equipment to find the leak responded. That same day the plumber came back at the end of his day to talk with us and gave us information for our insurance agent. The work was done in a timely manner and the plumber even told us of a coupon to use to fray our out of pocket cost. I called their main office several times through the 4 days duration and the office staff were so helpful and pleasant. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing and A/C needs.

Description of Work: HOT WATER FLOW WAS VERY LOW. SERVICE MAN DETERMINED THAT THE OUT FLOW WAS RESTRICTED. HE CONNECTED THE TUBING AND OPENED THE HOLE.

Description of Work: They repaired a broken pipe in the wall, removing and replacing tiles, and also repaired a Moen fixture in a another bath. They were professional and very competent. I am completely satisfied.
