Outstanding job done! Contractor was courteous, professional, and prompt. Work was done well. Job was completed in the amount of time the contractor stated. Cleanup was done after job.

Item 1 Leaky line to the water softner that Bayonet Plumbing installed. Bayonet asked for additional money to investigate leak. After two months they finally returned to repair leak (they forgot to put clamps on the lines that were buried). Item 2 Placed AC compressor on a pad that was too small for the compressor. That is, about 9 inches of the unit was unsuported by the ground below. Item 3 During service call the serviceman left the air handler cover off the unit (unit was drawing outside air into the system). After numerous calls to Bayonet Plumbing the technician returned to replace the 1' x 3' cover.

I trust them, and they do a good job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to a family member. Their work is top quality.

Relatively well. Would have liked them to be more punctual but they were coming from Pasco County to Pinellas County every day.The city inspector had to return twice for re-inspections.

I'd say that the project was a little rough. The guy gave us a timeframe and some discounts. The county only gives you a day, so I had to take off work twice to have the inspection done, which was a pain. They ran five hours late at one point. Needless to say, it wasn't exactly what we had planned for. Besides those things, everything was fine.

Two very competent installers arrived on time and did an outstanding job. We were delighted with their work.

Salesmen Rich Trautmann came to my house on time and before he even talked about which unit or how much he proceeded to measure my house to get the right tonnage information. When he was finished we talked about the Amana Unit and the exceptional warranty (10 years Parts & Labor / plus lifetime on the compressor). I made a decision to purchase the Amana unit and to go with Bayonet based on the information here on Angies. Jose and Rick installed the unit in 1 day and the unit is working well and I have peace of mind because of the warranty. After the install I discovered the wiring need to be replace for the heating element because it was under sized so I call Rich set up an appointment (no questions ask / no extra charge) Pasco electricians came and re-wired the unit and all is good. So far Bayonet has done everything they said they would and after researching many different brands of AC and 5 different quotes I believe I made the right choice and so far I have not been disappointed. Another reason for my decision was I have up to 1 year to have the unit removed if I?m not satisfied for any reason with my money back? all of my money back. If you are in the market for a new AC unit I would definitely call Bayonet.

We were quite pleased with the work they did. It wasn't that involved. They showed up when they said they would, and fixed what they said they would fix. They were punctual and very professional as far as the proposal they gave us. They gave us choices for the various air-conditioning options. They were quite helpful in us making up our minds. We had four proposals and they were the best. Their prices were reasonable.

The tech was very nice and helpful. The work was done quickly. HOWEVER, I specifically chose companies to use based on "price per job" verses "time and material". That was a mistake. After talking to the customer representative, I understand that they priced the job on having to saw off the old piece, solder the new one on. My faucet was the twist off variety that didn't require extensive work. So, for a small job, I think "T & M" would be better.

The plumber arrived in the first hour of the 4-hour window that was given. Good start. He was courteous, and answered all of my questions. He fixed the two leaks that I had, and fixed the flow in the kitchen faucet to boot. I was very happy with the job he did, and would recommend him (or his company by reflection) to any friend, or neighbor.

They were super! He arrived earlier than scheduled, worked for 11 hours, and did a stupendous job. They even moved the air handler from the attic to the garage which was a BIG plus. They also carted away all the old equipment and debris. They arranged financing with me while there. They were just so nice to talk with.

Called to set up appointment for estimate. Company salesperson (John Bosser) showed up on time and examined entire system including measuring existing electrical wires at both the outside compressor and attic mounted air handler. John was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the types of units available and advantages and options for each. The install crew (Billie and Jose) showed up exactly on time and were obviously experienced, neat and professional. They easily handled all aspects of the installation including some difficulties with the "chase" location of pipes located behind the water heater in the garage. The electricians showed up on time and installed the code required electrical outlet near the compressor in less than half and hour. When a water pipe was found to be dripping the heat-pump installers assumed that they had accidentally damaged the pipe while working around it and called in a company plumber who easily fixed the leak at no extra charge.

Set up an appointment on 8/29/06 to give me an estimate on replacing various plumbing fixtures and also re-piping entire home. Very friendly and promised to email me the estimate in a few days. A week passed and I didn't receive the estimate, after speaking with the representative he apologized and said that he was very busy, but promised to send it out. Another week passed, again I spoke with the representative who promised to send it the next day. Finally on 9/18/06, I spoke with a manager requesting that I get the estimate. On 9/19/06, I received only one estimate and was told that "I did not attach a price for a repipe, because you did not seem interested and with no attic or crawl space it would not be a very attractive job for a resale." I again requested the re-piping estimate, regardless, that was 9/19/06 and I still have yet to hear back. The reason why I continued to follow up on the estimate was due to working for a preferred vendor, which entitled me to 10% off!

WASN'T CHARGED FOR INITIAL VISIT, WHEN IT WAS DETERMINED A PART HAD TO BE ORDERED. ONLY CHARGED WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED. REPLACED TOILET FLUSH VALVE FOR FREE WHEN I ASKED REPAIRMAN TO ADJUST TOILET FOR BETTER FLOW.

He was on time, polite and worked very fast!! The work was great!
