Contracted Bay to Bay Roofing 12016 S Rd Hudson, Fla to repair a small area on roof where flashing had pulled loose but then agreed to replace the entire area for aprox. $1700 to ensure the problem was fixed. After aprox. a one month wait the installer shows up with No notice but proceeded to do the repair. The Contract clearly stated the 4 facet area to be removed and replaced in detail, but the installer started claiming that that a smaller area of the facet that was contracted would suffice. I indicated to him I preferred that the work be done according to the specifications on the contract to ensure the problem was solved and for atheistic reasons , so then the installer left for the day leaving the roof with No shingles and wide open to the elements with a good chance of rain in the forecast overnight. The next day the installer showed up at 12 noon with a 80% chance of rain in the forecast and then proceeded to Not replace the entire underlayment peel and stick or the bad decking which was clearly listed in the contract. I documented these facts with pictures. That evening the installer finished the repair and it rained hard that night and the roof leaked worse than before the repair. I contacted Bay to Bay Roofing that morning and asked to speak to the owner about the problem and was denied and the secretary would Not even give me the owners names and was very rude and argumentative *No One apparently can speak to the owners *Anthony and Lindsay Hloska* as the HCSD Sheriff Deputy Investigator and also the Investigator for the State Dept. of Professional Regulation both stated they made several attempts to speak with the owners and both of them also were ignored, and the State investigator indicated that is Bay to Bay Roofing standard practice when attempts are made to speak with them, as he has done several investigations involving that company. I then had to pay a Reputable Roofing Company again to redo the entire repair correctly that Bay to Bay Roofing was paid in Full for. I have complete documentation of all these facts that I mentioned, and would urge anyone looking for a honest Roofing Company to NOT consider Bay to Bay Roofing, as you may have the same Terrible experience I have had with them, as this company has accepted no responsibility for Not completing the repair correctly within the time frame they specified on the contract and have Not refunded the aprox.$1700.00 as requested . The pictures provided below when clicked on explain the problems as their improper application of the underlayment made the entire repair area a leak instead of the original isolated spot

It went well but after a year it started having leaks. I called them and they came out to look at it. They put caulking on it and fixed it for a while but the leaks came back. Later, I contacted them again and they were supposed to work on it while I was on vacation. I got back and assumed they had fixed it. About four months later, it started leaking again this time through the ceiling. I have wood floors and it damaged the floors. I called them again and they said they had sent someone out earlier. They sent someone out and he showed me on the roof the flashing was all wrong. He said he would caulk it for a temporary fix but some shingles would need to be replaced in that area. He called the office and they just said okay. They did not do anything so I called them again and they sent a salesman out to tell me it was going to cost $1500 to repair it. I said I want the owner to come out and talk to me but the owner would not call me back. I cannot get them to back up their work and I would warn anyone from hiring them.
