Description of Work: I can't say enough about Bob that would be believable that I'm not related to him, however I assure you I'm not. He is punctual and always polite and personal and that goes along way for me. In the five years I've used him I've never had any complaint about the work he has performed on my house either. Trust me when I say this man knows how to run a successful business.

 + -1 moreI called Bob on a Friday evening after Thanksgiving for problem with my heating system. He returned my call promptly and came over in 30mins. He was able to restore heat into the 1st floor and hot water system. Bob was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They came when I really needed someone and cleaned out all the ductwork in my small business and the apartment above it. They were awesome and left me with a very good feeling. I called them on a referral because my tenent was complaining about "toxic fumes" and bad airgreater than If anything, the place always smell clean as this is a pet grooming shop below her and only shampoos and rinses are used. I have a new tenant now, and she is a blessing.

Description of Work: Excellent service in the installation of a new heating system.... Owner Bob Forand went to great detail to explain all options in installing our new heating system.... Cost was extremely competitive (actually the lowest among three quotes) and the quality of the installation was exceptional.... Company takes great pride in installing equipment correctly....
