Description of Work: I had a leak coming through the lanai. Carl sent 2 different crews over the span of a year - 15 times - and I still have the same leak. He has now stopped responding to my text messages. In the beginning Carl was very responsive and the crews sent seemed to have the experience, but we still have the same issue for over a year now.
