CES A/C & Heating

This is the worst contractor I have ever hired, I run a large company and have hired sub contractors for over 20+ years. Contractor was hired to replace duct work then replace ceiling tiles; 1. Contractor came in and replaced the ceiling tiles first, which made no sense because they would have to turn around and pull them back out to replace the duct work. 2. Contractor didn't replace all of them, I now have ceiling tiles that do not match. 3. Contractor never did replace the duct work, many calls were placed by one of my managers and finally myself, I never was called back. I call the office and made my complaints to a very nice office girl, but she really couldn't help. 4. Received a bill, and work wasn't even completed. 5. We had set appointments for the contractor to come in to the business after hours, I would have a manager there, but on many occasion's they wouldn't show. 6.So I fired them, had to do it by email because the founder would not return my calls, settled the bill for 60% of the original amount, which was still more then the work was worth., ***Had to hire another contractor to finish all the work, DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!
