Description of Work: It all started in the summer of 2011. I had a front porch/entry way area which was a dirt flower bed adjacent to a concrete slab which had been covered with indoor/outdoor carpet. They removed the carpet and glue, as well as any plants. The thin pavers were applied over the slab, and approx. 4 inches of packing sand were put over the dirt area and compacted. Then matching thick pavers were placed over that. It turned out absolutely beautiful, and the price was a bargain, no doubt as I had obtained several estimates from other contractors. My double wide, curved, concrete driveway was old, stained and cracked in many places. In October, 2011 they applied the thin pavers in the same pattern (New England) as the front porch/entry way over the driveway. In addition, they installed 2 dry wells to alleviate standing water problems whenever we had heavy rains. This also turned out to be absolutely beautiful, and was a bargain compared to other estimates. In December, 2011 they applied the recommended "Seal & Lock" sealer over the pavers. I was told it was like "shrink wrapping each paver" and that rain water would bead up like on a newly waxed car for 2 to 3 years. Well, that didn't last but 2 to 3 weeks. I complained to the owner about this in January, 2012. The company owner and his "project manager" lied several times about when this might be taken care of. After several heated exchanges they finally redid the driveway sealer in late August, 2012. My concrete swimming pool deck was also old, stained and had many cracks. I March, 2012 they applied they thin pavers over the deck and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The sealer should have been applied in early June, but they stalled around and lied several times again, but finally sealed the pool deck in late September.

Description of Work: Progreesive Home Design are experts on installing pavers. They installed pavers around our pool, and then we added our driveway and walkway. They brought samples and explained everything fully.
