My neighbor called the service provider and said that she was going to call back with a list of things she wanted the service provider to do. She called back 3 days later and left a message and never recieved a call back from the service provider. I used this service provider a few months prior to take out and lay a floor. I was very satisfied with the service, he arrived at the designated time and cleaned up afterwords.

Andy's team was professional and worked diligently to complete the work in one day. Andy and one member of his team were great - they made sure they did not leave debris and ensured that their work was done right. The last member of his 3-man team left some items that had to be repaired later and missed some debris during cleanup. We found screws on the deck and in the pool and some pieces of debris from his work in the yard. We called Andy twice to repair items missed during the first work. He never questioned what we needed and promptly replaced the few screws that were missed during the first session and left me a few screws in case I needed them in the future. He promptly returned a 2nd time to repair broken screws we found. He also fixed a screen that we found to be missing a spline (this was not his fault but he repaired it without cost to us).
