Frick's Painting

Frick's Painting did a great job for me at a very good price. They are professional, and do quality work. They painted my 3 car garage. They worked really hard and I highly recommend them.

Tom & his son knew how to provide a good paint job, without any problems. They did very good work with a lot of unexpected extras. We would definitely use him again. We're planning to do the exterior next. Tom will definitely be our painter.

We did not hire him for the job.

Started out OK. This is a vacation house and I live in NJ. Tom came highly recommended by 2 people I had contact with. He showed up promptly when I was down for 3 days. He seemed very professional and gave me a good feeling about his qualifications. Told him I would like him to arrange to have the popcorn removed and texture applied...as well as paint the house. At a minimum, at least rpovide me with a contact to perform the service. Said he would have me a quote before he went on vacation in 3 days. Got the quote several weeks later. Sent several emails to him with questions on the quote, which went unanswered. Talked to the company that recommended him, the I finally got a return call. Told him I would be back down in 2 weeks and would like to set up for him to come over and take a look at the job again, and bring a texture guy if possible. Told him the dates and said lets meet Tuesday if possible and he said he will get hold of me when I was down.....ok...he called 1 hour before I had to leave to return to NJ. Gave him the name and phone number of a local friend who could let him in the house....haven't heard from him since, that was a month ago. To be fair, he explained in some detail what " was going on" . Seems that he is a competent guys with some good references, and I will probably give him a call when I need the exterior of the house painted to get a quote. For this job, I will be using somebody else. It may seem strange that with such a low rating, I will give him another shot, but I believe that he can probably do a good job, and can empathize with the situation that caused all the lack of response.....so yes, this experience what not good, but I will give him another shot at the exterior paint.

The job was done professionally. The price was most comptative. They were neat and their quality of work was excellent
