 + -1 moreThe gentleman was thorough, pretreated and scrubbed problem areas as we have dogs, he worked quickly, and carpets looked and smelled amazing when finished. He was very friendly, and we highly recommend him. We will most certainly use him again.

 + -1 moreScheduling the job was effortless. The two man team arrived on time, and moved any needed furniture, (we usually move it ourselves, so there was not much to do). Since there were two of them, the job was accomplished quickly. I loved the little styrofoam blocks they used under the furniture, rather than tinfoil, I think it help with not crushing and helped it dry faster. A couple of hours later, four rooms and furniture were finished beautifully. They cleaned up any drips and worked in a very tidy manner.
Description of Work: First time we have used Formal Carpet Cleaners, based on friends recommendations. We were completely satisified with the quality and professionalism, and they were able to dye a small "bleach type" mark on our bedroom carpet so that it was indiscernable. They also cleaned upholstered furniture, and they also came out perfectly clean. They answered any technical questions with an obvious depth of knowledge. I will contact them in the future for any carpet and furniture cleaning.I give them an A+, and I am a picky consumer.
