I rarely give 5 stars but Matt deserves this! He is professional, painted to perfection and when I didn’t see something, he did and went over it. He tarped and masked off everything needed, cleaned up afterwards and left my home BEAUTIFUL! Plants were not disturbed! The job was difficult because he was painting my house butter over the medium mocha brown original color. His prices were comparable but value was so much more than expected. No worries, no complaints. We will definitely give him a great referral to anyone who asks.

Matt was great worked with us to find a color that we were both happy with. Pressure washed the house and patched and caulked areas that needed that. He was quick to come out and give estimate which was a great price , Uses Sherwin williams paints got the job done in a timely manner with no problems what so ever.The job turned out better than my expectations. Definitely a professional.

Did a great job, friendly guy. Honest estimate, worked around mY HOA and Got it done on time. I should have hired him the last time my house painted.

He has excellent painting skills. However, he does not take constructive feedback well at all. He painted the front porch in a completely different color than agreed upon. Then became angry when it was brought to his attention and he had to re-redo that area. Also, he painted the doors leading to the back porch while they were closed. So when you open the doors the old color was still visible. When this was brought to his attention, he simply ignored it and left without fixing his work. A great painter, but poor professionalism.

This company far exceeded my expectations! They pressure washed the entire house before painting and fixed a couple of little cracks in the stucco. I got exactly what I wanted, with Matt answering all my (many) questions honestly. The house looks twenty years younger. We live in Sugarmill Woods, so the house had to be perfect. A great price, two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, things that needed to be moved were put back, and not a bit of debris was left. There is a waiting list, but our wait was just too weeks. The house looks new again. I am thrilled with the results! I would leave six stars if I could. Mark is an amazing painter who goes above and beyond for his customers. Very prompt and personable. I highly recommend Clima-Guard if you need an excellent, honest house painter!

Fabulous it went perfect

Matt was friendly and professional. His price was reasonable, and he worked efficiently and neatly.

Matt with Clima-Guard was wonderful. Mine is not an easy house being a two-story dwelling with steep pitched roof all around the house. Matt started early each morning without fail even in the horrible Florida July weather. There were several areas of my house that had "stepping" due to settling as well as stucco repair work. Matt simply did a beautiful job and paid incredible attention to detail. I would hire again and highly recommend Clima-Guard.
