+ -1 moreAbsolutely great! There was a small glitch at the very beginning which was addressed and corrected without hesitation. Pete Jansen saw to it every step fell into place. Bobby Braden and Ryan Johnson did a top notch job removing the old fence and gates and installing the new ones. They made sure the new fence was perfect and level in addition to answering my endless questions with grace! From start to finish, it was a good experience.
Description of Work: Remove old fence and gates and replace with new.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate on a large-ish paver job. The representative was on time and very professional and helpful. Other companies seemed to lack imagination or enthusiasm. He added some excellent ideas to my plan. I have not done the project yet, but will call them back when I am ready.

Description of Work: I use them weekly for mowing, weeding. Once a month for lawn insect outdoor control and twice a year to cut hedges. Very satisfied with their service. Also very nice people in the office will answer any of your questions, etc.

+ -1 morea Weed application. I have more weeds than before the application is not working we have addressed this with them and they said we have to do it more often than once every 3 months. I have had other lawn services and once every 3 months was very suffient. The problem is the weeds are not being killed when they first apply it. I would understand after a few weeks or a month. But this application is not killing the weeds at all. They were not willing to come out to take care of the problem right away. We will not be using them again.
Description of Work: I have weed control application for my lawn. Unfortunately the weeds are not dying. I have been with them for 1 yr and I have more weeds now than I did before. We have discussed this with them but to no avail. I will not be using them in the future since the application for weed killer isn't killing the weeds in our yard.

Description of Work: Stopped by their office to discuss a flea problem. Was not pushy talked about different options as far as treating for them. Was advised against outside spraying due to the rain. Waste of money. was directed to self applied inside spray and advised that if it didn't work that they would be glad to come out and treat. Very professional and very honest and helpful.

Description of Work: Used Bush Home Services for landscaping, sod, exterior lighting, monthly mowing, pest control, and fertilization. Pricing is premium, and for the most part work is high quality. Work on the regular mowing/weeding has been VERY substandard, but the firm was very attentive to the second complaint and so far has been much better. Had a massive mistake in estimating sod needed (by 6,000 square feet). Firm felt that their error was well within the normal margin of error for an estimating job like that, which was very difficult for me to swallow. Exterior lighting was pretty expensive, but very well done. Communication between different departments of Bush is generally poor, so we’ve had billings for services not provided, billings prior to services being provided, etc. Overall impression is that firm tries to do a good job and no intent to take advantage of their customers, but the execution sometimes falls short of a “one-stop shopping” firm that charges premium prices.
