VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORK AND ETHICS. FENCE WAS ON NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE INSTALLATION AND TOO FAR IN TOWARDS OUR HOUSE ON THE WEST SIDE. MR. BEACH TOOK SIX WEEKS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH THE EAST SIDE AND HAS NOT RESPONDED TO CALLS AND CERTIFIED MAIL WITH REGARD TO THE WEST SIDE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY POOR. A LARGE GERMAN SHEPARD WAS ABLE TO WALK RIGHT THROUGH THE FENCE BECAUSE THE FENCE WAS NOT PROPERLY TIED TO AN ADJOINING CORNER POST. THE FENCE ON THE WEST SIDE WAS SHORTED BY NEARLY A FOOT AND IT SOON BECAME OBVIOUS THAT MR. BEACH DID NOT PURCHASE THE PROPER 5' SECTION TO INSTALL THE FENCE AND INSTEAD SHORTED US WITH A REMAINDER OF (POSSIBLY) ANOTHER JOB.
Description of Work: 105 FEET OF 5' PVC FENCING WITH A GATE TO ENCLOSE BACK YARD OF OUR (THEN) PROPERTY.
