Love that Statewide embraces and uses technology. After I made my appointment, I got regular SMS and e-mail updates. They arrived on time, were very personable and explained everything as they were completing the report. Loved that they used a drone to take pictures of my roof! How cool is that! Inspections took a little over an hour and at the end of that time, the reports were complete! Again, thanks mainly to their use of technology. Fabulous company, I recommend them highly!

Fine - he responded to initial request for services promptly. We communicated via text thereafter. He showed up on time, at the site, and completed work within the estimated time frame; report was generated on site (at least initial findings and pictures) and we went over it right away. The final report was sent to me within a day, ready to submit to insurance company, as anticipated. Questions and recommendations were dealt with, at once, succinctly and professionally.
