I was actually dreading contracting the septic drain field replacement, as I've heard so many horror stories. Smith Septic was one of the companies recommended by my plumber, Bob's Plumbing. Let me say that doing business with Wendell Smith was a refreshing encounter. He was on time, did exactly what he said he would, for the amount quoted, did excellent work, and it was a genuine pleasure to do business with him. Wendell himself checked on the job throughout the process, and even followed up after his work was done and he had been paid the week before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company, to anyone.

They worked to find our tank and did the job quickly and with no odor. Wendell is personable and professional.

Two guys came in their truck as scheduled, located the septic tank cover fairly quick. Showed me that solids level in the tank were approaching the top and pumped it out clean. It was a 20 minute job but well worth it. Will call them again in 3 years. Spoke to the owner Wendall, seems like a real nice and honest guy.

Excellent, arrived the next day, job was done quickly. Very nice people, price was reasonable, especially considering that it included digging down through sand-laid patio stones to reach the drain-field end of the septic tank.

Wendell showed up with pump truck at appointed time. Driver of pump truck started immediately and was done in 45 minutes. He put cover back over tank and put grass back. They explained as much or as little as you want to know. Suggested we get a check of drain field in a couple months, which we will do. I know they have been used by several neighbors.

One time when I called, an employee told me that the owners were away traveling and when I asked him to please check my records of when was the last time that they had come to pump my tank, he said he did not had access to that information, only the owners had that information. I have not received a call back so I will call another company

The company installed the wrong size drain field which after a few months has caused my septic tank to over flow constantly. They did not analyze the level of usage and installed too small a system. They are unwilling to work with me to fix the problem and told me to me to sue them. I expected a professional service and got a an amature.
