+ -1 moreThe next morning, he called to confirm the appt. He was on time. He replaced the unit quickly. He had the warranty materials for the unit ready for me, so I could register the product asap. He also explained the warranty for their labor. During the visit, I showed him a couple of other plumbing items and was able to get an approximate estimate of the charge for repairs. I will be using his company for those repairs. Great experience after a few disappointing repairmen/contractors lately. Highly recommend!!
Description of Work: We had a leak below our sink that we couldn't find the source of. We thought it had been fixed by a handyman but didn't realize it hadn't or how severe it was till so much water was coming out, it was an emergency now. Called 3 companies that day. Royal Flush was the only one that could make it the same day. The gentleman was prompt and discovered the actual problem was the garbage disposal. He said it would need to be replaced. He gave me an estimate for the new disposal and the labor to install it. After deciding on the replacement model, we were able to schedule him for the following morning. He would buy the unit for us. He told us what time he planned to be there and promised to call ahead that morning to confirm.

Description of Work: Royal Flush Plumbing responded so quicky to our emergency... leaky faucet outside our house! Within an hour of speaking to Mr. Jorge, he had already sent someone to check it & the problem was solved within 2 hours after my call. It was a great experience from start to finish. Several plumbers my husband & I alternately called in desperation were either not available, doesn't service the area, just leave a message & I'll get back to you kinda thing... not Royal Flush Plumbing... Thanks for saving us $ by fixing our leaky faucet real quick & giving us a discount.

Description of Work: All our toilets, sinks, tubs, everything began to back up, we called Royal Flush plumbling and they were professional, super nice and very flexible. They showed up when they said they would and really explained what they thought the issue was. They gave us a great price and fixed our issue. They even drew a map of what they were going to do so we could better understand. It was nice to feel well informed. I would recommend to anyone!

+ -1 moreThey are very reliable, prompt and reasonable for plumbers which aren't reasonable. I never had a bad experience with them and have used them for years. I would continue to use them in future.

Description of Work: We came home on Sunday evening and 1 hour later the toilet backed up (into the shower). In fact, all the toilets failed to go in the direction intended. We called Royal Flush at 8:50 pm, got a call back from Will at 9:15 pm and welcomed him at 9:55 pm that evening. He had the drain cleaned out and all the toilets running appropriately by 10:25 pm. Can't ask for more.

+ -1 moreOUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. THIS COMPANY REPLACED AND INSTALLED A NEW ONE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND LEFT ME WITH NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
