We learned about this company through GROUPON so the price we paid ($65) was much less than their regular cost. This company really let us down. From the very beginning there was confusion on their end about which day we had our appointment. We paid for the service of a two-person team but only one arrived. Because of the scheduling confusion, the company had to arrange last minute for someone to come out. Someone finally arrived...more than an hour late. She was ok, friendly, but really could have used another cleaner to help. She did what she could in 5 hours. Long story short... we paid for 8 hours of labor and only received 5. The job was ok. She didn't have all needed supplies, like a mop she could use to clean the floor or dusters for the fans. The manager seems unorganized and unprofessional. She doesn't return phone calls. We're taking our business elsewhere.
