Marcio embodies all - quality work, expertise, reliability, trust. He fixed our coral stone wall with the appropriate care and had recommendations on how to protect it. He also fixed a door to our storage room. Highly recommend Marcio and will hire him again for other projects.

Marcio seemed knowledgeable however did not appreciate the interaction with him. If you’re in my home, you need to recognize you’re invited and if you want my money then you should not act like a d-k

My husband and I just bought a condo and needed to have a substantial amount of work done before we moved in. We had 2.5 weeks to get it done before our move day. We hired Marcio to knock down a wall, remove a wall sized mirror, enlarge the doorway to the walk-in closet, remove the popcorn ceiling and paint the ceiling, install new closet doors on 3 closets, install 3 ceiling fans, 2 vanity lights, a kitchen faucet, new crown molding and baseboards throughout and paint the 1225 soft condo. As with any construction project, unexpected issues arose like the kitchen sink backing up from the condo upstairs and flooding the kitchen. He handled everything with grace. He went out of his way to help with everything that came up and as promised, the job was complete by the time we moved in. He did have to come back to install the closet doors and finish up a couple odds and ends. He was incredibly dependable. I will definitely be calling him again to remodel our bathrooms.

Marcio is super attentative, honest, and very professional. I recommend Pro Services 100%. It cost me twice what others had quoted me to hire Pro Services but, they were the only ones who took the time to provide a written contract, visit the job site beforehand, and had the integrity to actually take on the responsibility to do the whole job. Everyone else wanted to piece out parts of the job, and I needed someone like Marcio to do everything. They showed up when they said they would and finished as promised, that alone is priceless! Great work, I am very happy I chose them.

Had damaged fascia boards repaired & replaced, also replaced a section of soffits on my home. Marcio & his guys did a very nice job, they were very professional, kept the work area clean and safe. Very satisfied with their work & would highly recommend.

Marcio was amazing! He is very professional, thorough, accommodating and provided alternative to concern about the work. Marcio sure that the quality of work was to my approval and to local code requirements. He takes the time and care to protect surrounding area near the work area. The workmanship was great based on the difficulty of the work. Marcio showed and explained all work he did he each day which was greatly appreciated. They clean up and discarded materials after work was done. I would certainly hire them again and in fact discussed another renovation project. Pro Service Remodelation is the a really good company and I would definitely recommend them.

Marcio was our Christmas present. He checked off all the boxes in my letter to Santa: he actually showed up, then showed up when he said he would. He knew what he was doing, did it in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself. I had removed two cabinets from my wall, making a mess out of the drywall. Marcio left it like new. I was able to paint and pull my room back together. My next project will be in the spring—remodeling a bathroom. Can’t wait! I know Marcio will do a great job.
