+ -1 moreNice first impression. Not many reviews on Angie's List but received glowing reviews from that "other" site. We made an appointment to treat the whitefly the same day as I called. However, Joel was a no call/no show. I reached out to him well after our scheduled appointment and he said he was still going to get by, that the "job was taking more time than he thought." Okay, I said. Just let me know. Again Joel was a no call/no show. I texted him and got no response. Called him Monday morning to reschedule. He said he'd be out between noon and 1 p.m. Again, a no show/no call. I tried to reach him and was unsuccessful. I then sent him a text and told him I had contacted another company and, thus, his services were no longer needed.
