+ -1 moreDI CALLED THE OWNER AND TOOK A WEEK TO GO AND THEN NEVER GAVE ME A QUOTE AFTER HE SAID HAD SENT IT AFTER COMPLAINNING ABOUT THE TIME WAS TAKING AND ALSO TELLING HIM THAT HE SHOULD HAVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, (SINCE I WAS HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMER) HE TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THAT DO NOT CALL HMI BACK!!! NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY SO DISREPECFUL!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! THE OWNER IS VERY ARROGANT!! LOOK AT HIS REVIEWS THEY PUT THEIR OWN POSSITIVE ONLINE.
Description of Work: THIS CUSTOMER HAD DONE A FENCE FOR ME IN THE PAST, AND THIS TIME I REQUESTED QUOTE FOR 4 PROPERTIES.

+ -1 moreCalled for an estimate and the guy showed up late. From the beginning the guy that showed up had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. I wanted a small job done in my yard and that is what I told the receptionist at the company when I first called. Once the guy saw what I wanted done he said it was too "small" and literally just walked off mid-estimate. Drove off without saying a word. If this is how they act in this situation, I can only imagine how bad the rest of their service is. I ended up going with another company and they did not think it was too small of a job. Save your time and money and go with another company.
Description of Work: Nothing other than being completely unprofessional.
