+ -1 moreTerrible customer service. Not reliable and not trustworthy. I called them and was told that they were going to send an AC technician between 3 and 7PM. The technician never showed up, and no explanation was ever given. I ended up wasting the whole day waiting in the house for the AC technician to come because of this unprofessional company. If this is the type of customer service they provide, then quality of their work is probably at the same low level.
Description of Work: Provider did not do any service because the AC technician never showed up.
