+ -1 moreOutstanding! George came over during a pouring rainstorm, and removed the source of the problem - a bad battery. Rick came out on a subsequent visit to replace parts and give the system a complete overhaul. Very professional and pleasant people to deal with. Price was excellent!
Description of Work: Had a continuous alarm problem with home alarm system, and called Elite upon recommendation of another family member. George came out and provided a temporary repair. Then, shortly after, Rick came out on a scheduled repair and replaced the control box, relocating it to a better location; he also replaced the keypad, and checked the system.

+ -1 moreWe formerly used ADT and needed new keypads which they quoted at $200 more than Elite. Elite's representative was professional and explained the system thoroughly. We've had their service for a few months with no problems.
Description of Work: Installed two new keypads and connected them to our existing system.

+ -1 moreElite has offered us very good service. Their customer service and tech teams have been very helpful any time we've called. We called them to check and reactivate the system that was existing when we bought the house. Their rates were very fair, and they have even performed some follow-up work at no charge. When I needed a special part to install on the alarm line so my DSL system didn't interfere with the alarm, I paid for the part, but they brought it over and installed it free as a courtesy.
Description of Work: Activated/updated previously installed monitoring system. Monthly monitoring of alarm system.
