From the initial phone call from Donny, from Divino Air, the customer service was friendly, timely, and he took charge immediately to reach out to my condo property manager and initiate the Certificate of Liability paperwork and coordinate Raul’s visit to resolve the issue. Raul was just as efficient. He is Knowledgeable, attentive to detail, friendly and went over and above board to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them! Excellent on all accounts and we are 100% satisfied.
