STAY AWAY !!!! This company is awful. The unit did not work properly from the minute it was installed. The owner Jose said it just needed a little more Freon. I kept complaining. He almost had me convinced that the unit was bad. He kept saying he was coming back out but every time we had an appointment, he would say he was tied up and would be there later. Later never came. Trying to get him on the phone was impossible. He never calls back. You just have to keep calling and get lucky.. I finally got fed up and called someone else. The new guy showed me all of the mistakes that were made. The weld on the outside unit that Jose did was bad. I had leaked out 2 lbs of gas. The inside unit was taped improperly and all of the tape was loose and coming off which lets in hot air. Finally, there is a piston that comes with all new units that must be changed out to work with the new Freon. It comes taped inside the unit, It was still there, taped inside and not installed. What a nightmare these people were. Now my unit is freezing me out.
