A bit pricey

Called Home Advisor for a company to fix my Bravos Washer. Dade Appliance was scheduled for next day. I called and spoke to Jose at 5:15 pm to confirm and he said he was 10 minutes away and would come by now to check the problem. He knew immediatly the problem, tipped the washer removed a motor, said he had the part in his truck. Finished the job and was gone in 1 hour. It was hard to understand him on the phone, but with his broken English, face to face I could understand everything he was saying. I will recommabd him to my family and my friends. If there was more than 5 stars I would have given him a 10.

Quick response. Jose showed up when he said he would and promptly diagnosed and repair my refrigerator. Will hire again for my rental and/or my home.

Jose responded to my call for whirlpool fridge not cooling & fixed it the same day...insane! I am an out of town Landlord, so he came back the next day for payment...very honest & trusting of Jose!

Jose Herrera was very professional and prompt. Speaks english but very difficult to understand on the phone. Took my fridg apart piece by piece. This was wonderful. I cleaned every bit of yuk in every hidden edge while he get to the cause. Conveniently he had the part in his truck. In and Out in 2 hours. Put it all back together minus 2 screws? He will return on Monday to see if all is working well. Maybe he will find where the screws go.
