Very fast to respond and quick to fix problem

My washer broke over the weekend and I contacted Dade Appliance this morning. Jose was here within the hour and fixed the machine with a warranty in case it begins to act up again. I would hire him again in an instant. Great customer service and very kind man.

Jose was incredible. Our refrigerator and freezer broke and he came immediately at 7:00 pm. His price was excellent, he worked quickly, kept us completely informed,. Superb customer service. I not only will call him again, I will tell all my friends about him.

He diagnosed the problem and had all the necessary items for my refrigerator including, new computer, water filter and even reattached the kick plate which a previous repairman left on its side. Jose was very easy to deal with. He answered the phone on the first call and gave me an appointment the next day. He arrived a little late but called to tell me he was stuck in traffic in South Miami-Dade, a common occurrence, and would arrive about 30 minutes late.
