Fast, courteous and excellent job.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! BE AWARE!! Luis is late every time and he told me the washer has a controller issue. The issue is that after the normal wash, it won't do the high spin. I paid $280 for him to replace the controller and he told me it's fixed. When I try to do the wash, it ends up with the same issue. The fix should come with 30 days warranty. I called him again but he didn't fix the washer and just left. He stopped responding now.

Discovered the frig was not working at 4 PM on a Monday. Tried to find a repair person on the internet for an hour.. Used Home Advisor. Jose called immediately and said he could be there in an hour. He arrived in a half an hour at 6:30 PM. He had the part on his truck. Polite, courteous and wasted no time. He spoke enough English for us to get by, but that was not a problem since he was honest, hard working and his experience was obvious. He diagnosed the problem quickly and all was working in a short time.

Arrived on time, had to assist him with placing the stove back. I feel that he was a little more expensive than usual

Jose Herrera came right away and there was no charge for an estimate. He had asked me questions over the phone and was able to bring the part he needed with him and repair my clothes dryer on the spot. I would use this company again.

He was on time and reliable with communication-phone calls and text messages. He explained and demonstrated the issue with my oven. He was in and out quickly with a great repair. I would recommend to anyone who needs a handyman as he told me he works on all appliances.

EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL

Service technician arrived within 20 minutes of my request for service on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher drawer. Unit was locked and would not operate. Unit was repaired within 20 minutes and the cost was reasonable for built-in unit. Very pleased with the outcome. Would recommend to anyone need appliance repair.

I had an issue with my dishwasher. Technician Jose struggled with English but was very polite. However he didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was on the phone with someone and came to change the computer two different times. Problem still occurred and he said he needed to replace another part. I took off work to wait and he ended up texting me that the part wouldn't come in until the afternoon. I asked for a refund and he asked if he could still please replace as part has been purchased. I took off work twice and he didn't show, ended up texting me he wasn't coming. He came to my house on 4 different times, spending up to an hour there and not resolving the issue. I paid $100 less than I could have bought a new machine for. He gave me a 60 day warranty but instead I'm out the money and have a broken machine. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this company.

The promptness of this company's response was impeccable. I reported my problem (a broken dryer/belt broken) around 1:00 on a Monday and the dryer was repaired by 5:00 pm the same day. The technician had difficulty with English, but was able to text proficiently and was professional and knowledgeable to my repair. I will never hesitate to reach out this company again (finding honest and quick service in Miami is certainly of value).

Jose Herrera was very nice and knowledgeable about the problem with my microwave. Some.language problem but manageable. Would call him again for any appliance issues.
